About two weeks ago, my connection kept disappearing and when I telephoned, I was told that there was a problem although not one that was mentioned on service information. This was on a Saturday and it was rectified by the following Tuesday.
This has happened again tonight and I have telephoned again but this time there is no problem with the line but it is still happening. I have been told to monitor the problem over the next 72 hours.
I would be grateful if anyone could make any suggestions as to why this is happening.
