Coming to end of contract am on Fibre + Halo 2 been offered £62/month for 24 months renewal.

compared with £32/ month for new customers !!!! I have has issues with my BT box but kept with them for many years but this is not loyalty.

Options EE @ £27 /month

or Now broad band @ £28 / month for 12 months  ( very tempted )

 

BT  If you want my custom .  then be LOYAL to me

Have you tried phoning options team 0800800030 and see what you can negotiate

If you're on Halo, you won't have an out of cost increase, you'll pay the same amount, you don't have to renew.
Halo 1 for new customers is £58.99 per month, the deal you quote for £32 doesn't include Halo benefits.
