My box does the same.
I also find I can’t access some recordings and unable to use any apps.
how do I get a replacement box? I tried calling but hung up in the end after no response after 40 mins.
this is my second box in 6 months and I have had to do a hard reset at least once or twice a month.

I appreciated that you had to wait a long time without getting through. It would be quicker to resolve this if you call in again.
