IM HAVING A NIGHTMARE WITH BT THERE SO RUDE MY HUSBANDS ILL AT THE MOMENT THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THEY MESSED THE DIRECT DEBIT AND ACCOUNT IM NOW ON MY 11 COMPLAINT AS I RECENTLYHAD A PHONE CALL FROM THER DIRECT DEBIT TEAM BEING VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND BECAUSE I ASKED HER NOT TO TALK OVER ME AS ITS RUDE SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN WERE THINKING OF CANCELLING OUR CONTRACT AS THEY HAVE CAUSED NOTHING BUT STRESS TO OUR FAMILY THE VERY COVIENTLY DONT LEAVE THE AGREED NOTES THEY SAY THERE PUTTING ON EITHER ESP WHEN IT COMES TO BILLING WE ASED THEM WHEN WENT TO PUT A PIN ON THE PHONE BECAUSE OF LITTLE BOY WHEN WE SET THE CONTRACT UP TTHIS DIDNT HAPPEN.
