I can sympathise with this!   Have been trying to get this activated for months...lol

Same old excuses and questions.

Yes, my BT line is OK.

My Bt telephone has been checked by an independent engineer...its fine.

Yes, I have a micro filter.

Have been told numerous times that I caller ID has been activated...blah...blah...blah

 

So, to date, guess what?.....NO CALLER ID

 

The latest idea that BT have said I should do....borrow someone else's phone as my phone could be at fault?????

TOLD the operator that my phone has been checked by a qualified ex BT Engineer..its perfectly ok!

The numbers stored in the phone have bben entered as per instruction manual

 

Update....BT Open reach will be visiting the exchange on the 31/05/2016 to find out if there is a problem?

Am I going round in circles here?
