Hi DanielS or any other moderator … I have the same problem … I have a new BT Premium phone but it is not recognising numbers. When I look on my account it says I have caller display but can someone please check to see if it's active or not

I assume you are a BT phone customer?
Dial 17070 and make sure that the number that is read out, matches the phone number on your BT account.
