I have an email titled "Did it solve your problem?" which implies something has been done. But it still doesn't work. Can my email that has my "initial . surename"@btinternet.com be made the primary? I can't seem to be able to do this.
Did you contact the moderators as requested and have they been in contact with you? If you have been contacted by them re-contact the moderator and advise him/her.

The email and account are both still showing up for me here. I can see you spoke with someone earlier about it. I've sent them and their Manager a chaser email for you to make sure it's being handled.
