Hi , I have the exact same requirement , I tried calling the sales team but they are advising I have already been upgraded , my Home Hub hasnt changed the connection speed to eflect there has been a change .
Can you verify for me to confirm that ADSL2 is now enabled and I should be connecting at 12meg please?
