I am having the same issues.

my Broadband is still working but my WiFi Disc won't connect, neither will the Hub manager.

I went through the Trouble Shooting app on the BT Website for complete WiFi and it sent me a new Disc.  It won't connect either.

Being "Techie", I check the activity log on the hub (when I could connect that is!) and noticed that my hub had a firmware upgrade in March, since then I tried doing a factory reset and nothing changed!

So, I have broadband that works, both disc's  will not connect, neither will the hub manager or the MyBT App.  To me the issue is with the Hub! But you try and get a replacement hub on the BT website!  There is nothing in ANY of the Trouble shooting processes that result in a New Hub!

If anyone from BT monitors this site.  PLEASE SEND ME A NEW HUB!!!
