Hello, I am having the same issue with BT Sport. I cancelled my subscription a couple of days before the next monthly bill, and it charged. However, I have waited until the next bill after that, and it charged again, no refund. I have had the emails telling me my BT Sport has been cancelled. What can I do?

Hi @sampotts welcome to the forum and sorry you are still getting charged for BT Sport after cancelling it. I've moved your post to create your own thread as the previous thread is a few years old.
Did you call in to cancel the BT Sport?
What BT Sport package do you have? ie is it BT Sport on Sky or BT TV or the BT Sport Monthly Pass?

I did not, I cancelled online.
I had BT Sport Monthly Pass.
Also looking at MyBT, it still has the subscription displayed, however I received both the "BT Sport is about to stop" and the "We've stopped your BT Sport" emails.
