i have just been qoted £122 to cancel my contract that ends in may and i have had very slow broad band  as i live in a village  but they never told me it was slow when i signed up  so ive wasted all this time as i cant afford to cancel cotract yet  its a disgrace me and half the people in the UK WILL BE LEAVING BT INDIAN TELECOM SHOULD I SAY

The problems you may have, may not be the same as other users and thus users will have no reason to leave.

 

There may be a number of factors affecting your speed, have you looked into any of these

 

Also the comments you make may offend many people - to me and probably many other's it doesn't matter who runs a business as long as they provide the service when needed.

They tell you the estimated speeds however you join (massive Ofcom regulation), and then the speed is e-mailed/sent to you before your contract starts.

You can ask to speak to a uk based technical department if you don't feel like your getting anywhere with the offshore department, but largely the info will be the same.

Trouble is thet do not provide the service. When you call you get put through to india, most times cannot understand what they are saying, also nothing gets sorted anyway. If telling the truth offends people so be it!!!

There is a lot of help available on these forum boards if you just ask you also have access to the Forum moderators who are UK Based BT Specialists if the community members cannot help you resolve your problems
