If it cant be sorted by the first person who picks up the problem then it tends to be a case of promised phone calls from different departments that generally happen. My problem is intermitant and currently it appears to be working ok, but it has done this before and reverted back to being none responsive. I have been promised another call tomorrow so lets see if that one happens.
Having the same problem (again). Webmail works but when I open Livemail I keep getting asked to wait and then it tells me I am using the wrong password. At my whits end here as Bt provide no help other then ringing India which never helps.
A trick that seems to work, if you're on BTYahoo still, is to login to webmail using :-
at that point other access seems to spring into life.
