Hi. Hoping you can help. I have a couple of problems, the first being the same as this thread. I set up my TV box last night having recently changed back to BT infinity unlimited and got BT sports channels working, that is in my plan. I thought i had ordered HD but the HD sports channels will not work. I just get the screen telling me to go and upgrade my package. When i do that online i get the CON-0003 error. I also have an issue where when i turn on my youview box i lose all other internet connections. It seems everything is still connected to the wifi network but the internet becomes unavailable.
