Oh my, glad to see I'm not the only one getting these issues and the india call centres, how bad are they all there? I called 7 times yesterday and they ALL cut me off, how can this be tolerated?
Anyway, afer missing tour of flanders today this is my last resort, unless the IPC6023 channel unavailable is fixed I'll have to cancel and go back to Sky 😞 (who wants to do that!)
What do we need to do to get this fixed, I can never watch eurospoert (SD or HD) and all pretty much all internet delivered channels dont work reliabily.
But I get 40 mbs internet speed, netflix, nowTV all work 100% perflectly, surely it cant be that hard to fix, its been like this since Jan when I got the service, had an engineer out last weekend swapped the box, which I said wouldnt do anything and it didn't, any quick ways to get this fixed?

Hi @ForumHelpMeansBadnes It wasn't me 😞 but I think it was one of the BTTV specialists on the forum who asked me for your details when you sent them in. They are away home now so I can't check.
I take it all is now working OK and we can mark this resolved?
Cheers
John
Hi @ForumHelpMeansBadnes Sorry it's back. I'll drop the BTTV specialist a message to let them know you're still having the issue although they will be monitoring the thread also.
Cheers
John
I should add, that when my initial call got passed to the next level from the call centrees (I'm guessing the guys looking these threads) they fixed something on the backend, something on the street they said that was causing the issue.
The error code went away for 1 week, before it came back with a vegence the next Sunday.
Any ideas what this is, can it be applied again, just permantely this time?
