Hi, I'm having the same issue after 2 major faults on my phone line (now fixed) my broadband download speed has been "fixed" to about 0.243 Mbps. This has been going on for a week now but in spite of my efforts with the so-called fault tracking service nothing has happened. I'm fed up with paying so much money for such a poor service.
