Claim back a Friends and Family Email Address

What do you mean by claiming it back?

Do you mean you want to delete the email address in order to add back to the 11 email addresses that your account has?

or

Do you mean you want to retain the email address but take back ownership of the email address that you "gifted" to somebody?
