I clicked the link 'claim reward' but it just directs me to the homepage?

When I click the link should it not take me to a page to claim, or is clicking the link enough to claim?

Thanks for getting back so quickly. You need to wait for 14 days after the order closes before you can claim. If you don't see the reward card at that point get back to me and I'll be happy to help.

Once the 14 days have passed the link should bring you to the claim form. If it doesn't please let me know.
