Set mine up today (black disc on Smart Hub 2). Backhaul is via ethernet cable. All working well.
I first set it up directly linked by a cable to the hub. Left it on until all lights turned blue. Then disconnected and set it up in proper location, connected by ethernet to a switch with 6 ports and then from there via ethernet to the hub. All worked OK.
