Ive had this BT complete WiFi for a couple of weeks now, that is a router and one disk, and I'm finding that watching videos on YOU TUBE are a nightmare, Buffing all the time, so whats that about ??? not a happy bunny !!
Hi @Darymave welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
Sorry that you are having a problem with the complete wifi.
Is it just Youtube that you are experiencing this issue with?
Does it affect just one device or multiple devices?
Is it possible that you may require a second disc?
Cheers
John
Make sure you turn off smart setup on the home hub, as that can cause problems with some devices.
It is my apple Mac that we have the problem with , we had fibre 1 before and that was fine, now its buffering all the time, there is nothing on my Mac to slow it down as I only use it for surfing the net and storing my photos on of which there are only 1500 which is not a lot ,I have 913 gb left of storage of 1T, so its not a storage problem, the disk is properly matched to the router. Im not that technical but I can't see what the problem is.
I think you misunderstood @JohnC2 , he is reffering to a second Wi-Fi disc not additional storage space.
Hav you turned off Smart Setup on your hub as suggested by @Keith_Beddoe and have you tried moving your Wi-Fi disc around to get a better connection
