I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @Jemc73,

 

We can certainly have this looked into for you. Please check your address on the Royal Mail address checker to make sure it has the right address first. You can reach us by clicking on my user name and then on contact the mods. It's taking approximately 5 working days before we can reply back to your ticket.

 

If you need it sorted sooner, you can call in on 0800800150 and ask that Customer Services raise an ordi robot request to Openreach.
