I’d be grateful if you could help me with the same issue also. My order was cancelled and placed again due to a block on the line by my previous service provider. I lodged a claim with top cashback and gave them both order numbers and sales number but it still says declined. please could you check the issue your end? Many thanks, Rebecca

I'm sorry your Cashback payment has been declined. If your order was canceled and then reissued, this is likely the reason why the payment has been declined. If you send me in your details, I'll be able to get this checked.
