Should add it has been fine up ntil this afternoon ...speedtest showing around 14 or 15 ....

run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results - needs to be done wired not wireless

My last post was hanging for over 5 minutes , then Broadband went off totally ....all the lights were blue on my router...so in desperation pressed the re-start button and everything now seemed to be back to normal....did a speedtest and got 14.43....then did re run and got 9.43....was just going to post this and thought I would do another check and now showing 14......wish i knew what was going on .....but seems to working fine again.......need a lie down in a dark room methinks.........bl****y broadband....thank you so much for your super quick response....Home Hub now showing 15.59 but noise up to 6.8

are you using a wired or wireless connection as all lights being blue shows no loss of broadband
