can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post the results
BTW ust had chat to wife of techie bloke next door and they switched from BT and are with Talk Talk and she hs no idea if they have infnity, but does not think so as she says the internet goes very slowly whe daughter is using her ipad to chat to friends
which version of the hub are you using?
lets see if you can get the stats from the hh3 here are the instructions similar to going to wireless just a different heading

had this problem last year itwas doing this all the time , and finally lost internet altogther...took my home hub 2 to friends house and it would not work there, BT sent me this Home hub 3 and problems stopped instantly and speed was great again, never dropped off at all until recently and been resetting router 5 or 6 times a day now for weeks...getting really fed up of it, but she says router is fine
