Hi @fred2103,

The Broadband speed is rate adaptive so you can see a fluctuation in speed depending on the condition on the line at that point in time. Please can you run the BT Speed Test using the link http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

You'll need to run this test using a wired connection. Please run the "Further Diagnostics" once the first test completes.

Once you have run that test, please post back the results.

PaddyB : Have sent you the Wholesale Speed Tester statistics.

Not nice reading as we are going backwards!!!

Never had such low figures for years.

Not really understanding why such an appalling drop even

below BT minimum acceptable figure. Before your help

it was rock solid and stable Download wise.

Any assistance appreciated to get us back to what I had.
