Re: Email Log in with Microsoft Edge

BT/Yahoo web mail does not open in Microsoft Edge browser or
Google. The old email is available from time to time in the Internet Explorer browser. I use bt.com/mail and bt.com/mail.

Same problem going via bt.com

Can it only be fixed by a BT engineer?

Are there more Yahoo issues at work or do you open your mail another way?

Re: what is a level to response?

I have been referred to Level 2 because I cannot open my bt/yahoo emails. Level 2 have still not been in touch after nearly a week and still no email service. How do I claim compensation?

No email service

When will I be able to open my emails on Microsoft Edge. All other web sites work fine.

Did you try my suggestions of clearing your browser cache and cookies and a different browser?

Re: Email Log in with Microsoft Edge

I reported the fault. The guy said it was "a level2" job and they would ring me. That was a week ago but no contact. When I looked online it said NO FAULT on this line. I know we are in the midst of a crisis but all I ask is the truth.

Re: what is a level to response?

I don't know how to do it.

Will I loose my saved auto fill passwords?
