I have same issues and now going mad! I can see email on my phone but cannot login to email via web. pls help!
How do I contact moderator or is this only possible after reply?
BT tell me that my email address is dead forever which is a disaster. I have used yahoo mail to access until recently but now can't, although can still see email on the phone. BT say this won't be possible soon and is only because they haven't deleted my address completely yet. I have no billing issues btw.

Once you have read that, try going into your MyBT and going to manage extras >manage email to see if the account is still there. If it is you should be able to reactivate it.
Thanks. I tried to logon to bt.com but with the old personal BT email address so bounced. I then tried to set up another with my work address-I presume it doesn't matter which address I use-but the form won't accept my BT account number which they posted to me a few days ago...!
