Hi, Since 1st March, when my wife goes to logon to her emails , the box for her email address and pass word stays blank. Before her details would be there. Now she has to type in details, then a red warning box comes up to say these are the wrong details. She then retypes her email address and pass word again and it works!!
Her email address is linked to my BT Prime account , but comes from BT Yahoo, is this what is causing the problem, or is it because you have updated /improved your system /
