Email problems/BT Premium Mail PLEASE HELP

Please can a mod help. I have exactly the same issue and have spent hours trying to resolves this with he offsure teAm who promise to sort it and don't. I now cannot find my old emails, am having issues receiving and sending mail. These emails are vital evidence for an upcoming tribunal and I am very distressed at the possibility of them being lost. Please help me retrieve and merge my preimuim email with mbroadbamd package.

If some of your email have been deleted in error, you might be able to recover them by following the steps on - BT Yahoo Mail - I’ve lost or deleted some of my emails. Can I recover them?

Are you able to log into your email through web mail? using the link -https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform
