Hi, apologies if I'm not going about this the right way. I have a very similar problem, except that I can access my 3 BT email accounts via Outlook, etc, but I can't see one of my 3 accounts via BT Yahoo Mail. When I try to log in I get the message:
Your BT Mail address no longer exists but you can sign up to another one at any time in My BT.
Visit MyBT to sign up now.
After various phone calls to BT in the UK and overseas, I'm no further forward. Any help gratefully received!
I'm is the same position, BT doesn't care, over 3 days without email is killing my business, a disgrace!
If my BT email address no longer exists, how am I able to use it via Outlook, etc (and how come I can't set up a new email account using the name of the 'deleted' one - "This account already exists" error message)
