I have had a similar issue- went through the verify and upgrade process and changed passwords but my 2 main email accounts have disappeared. Went through webchat - and I'm told that I'll be called tomorrow. Struggling without my main email accounts and service is not good enough !

Same here - no callback yet and still no email
Received a callback - apparently the email accounts have been suspended as compromised It's now been passed to the "back end" team to resolve - which could take another 3-4 days.
Thansk Daniel - have contacted you as even though the request has gone in to unsuspend the accounts, having read some threads with similar issues - I can see people have sometimes been told that the accounts couldn't be unsuspended. Just want to make sure this doesn't happen here !
