Total failure here of all my email accounts. passwords not recognised. Been on to India and a lady tried to help but to no avail. And have been told someone further up the chain will ring back in 4 days. I did ask if there others affected and got a garbled reply that there were issues.
[That's it after 30 odd years as a BT etc customer I am off.]
I have been on to the bt.com webmail to change password but still failing. She changed the password for my main account. but no joy.
my first thought was I haad been hacked but got texts warning me my password had been changed by me and her but no others previously.
