Error Message Ref# CON-0067

Hi I have the exact same problem, my girlfriend tried it at her house too and got the same error.
CON-0067.
We are moving into our first home together tomorrow and I wanted to get the BT phone, broadband and TV, but can't 😞 over the phone is twice the price for a lesser product, so I want to do it before the offer runs out!
Moderators - please help!
