last year i took part in the tests for fibre broadband

the tests ended on the 16 jan 2014 and a im patiantly waiting  to reconect

first i was to reconect in feb then march and now were into april, now there is no date at all

on contacting my isp i've been told the is no capacity left in the exchange so we are stuffed

bt dose not care for its users

if there is no capacity within the system why do you keep deferring the dates and be honest

and say we will be waiting for ever more

 

telling the truth is much better than prevaricating!!!!

This is a community forum where customers help customers - your posts do not go to BT

You need to take this up with your ISP who will need to wait untill openreach upgrade the street cabinet with more lines
