Re: Forced To Renew Contract Well Before Due Time

I had a similar experience with BT, my broadband was due for renewal on the 21st June and my mobile due on 2nd August. Wanted to renew broadband even though BT have failed to provide the minimum fast garuanteed speed for a month. Two agents on the phone and me on the website couldn't renew broadband without renewing the mobile. The third agent said he could renew one without the other but in fact he couldn't and would admit it until I told him, he was trying also to upgrade the mobile contract which would have been more money. I think BT generally is very poor, the services, the agents, they break their promises and don't deliver on just about anything good for the customers
