I also have an issue with getting my fitbit.
I have contacted BT a few times and keep getting told that I will receive a call re this and have not heard a thing.
I am not very impressed as I have told my daughter she can have this gift and I have to keep telling her it has not arrived yet.

I never received the so called email to allow me to chose my gift in the first place. ☹️I feel that I have been mislead regarding the whole promotional package that I definitely had applied for. I have done everything right but feel very disappointed how I have been treated; passed from one department to another each time I enquired about the gift. Hopefully Mark you'll get your query resolved to your satisfaction and be able to surprise your daughter.
