Hi

I have been activated for a while now and have sent a couple of emails regarding this issue, I to have received my reward card after I had to email but am yet to receive anything regarding my tech gift claim code, please advise.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
