i haven’t received my Xbox or has an email to say it’s on its way, I was promised it would have been delivered by the 20th of this month (signed up in February!)
I have contacted BT by phone and also via chat which I was assured I was eligible for the Xbox

Did you mean you have received an email to say that its one its way?
If so, then it would have been from the BT Shop, so its probably just delayed in the post.
I finally got my code today. The moderators on here can help but there’s a bit of a wait for it to come though due to the volume of enquiries being fielded for this and other customer enquires. They send you a PM and take it from there
No sorry, I haven’t recorded any emails about the Xbox, they said I should receive one telling me it’s on it’s way by the 20th but not received anything.
