Free gift of Amazon Echo not received

I took out a new package on the 24 February with the promise of a free Amazon Echo. I was told I would receive this after  2 weeks. It is nearly 5 weeks now and still have not received it.

Hi @Dotty1 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. After your order is placed and completed an order is sent to the BT Shop. They will dispatch the gift within 30 days. You do not need to claim this offer. I suggest you give it another week or so and if you have not had an email to confirm it's on the way post back and we will be happy to chase it up for you.
