I have the same problem, renewed Broadband package 3rd April and because of various issues I had previously and as I was a valued long standing customer I would receive free Amazon Echo,
However as of now despite having spoken to various help desks over the last 3 weeks and being told there is an order I have not received the item

I did not read it, I just deleted it when I realised it was not intended for me. I do get these occasionally, and I just delete them as well.
Unless I ask for someone to send me a PM, or its from a moderator or one of the CLs, I normally just delete them and add them to my "ignore" list, as the forum threads are the correct place for people to ask for help.
