Re: From retail migration team bb

Right new home hub 2 and still as slow as it used to be no speed increase at all.

Upstream is quicker?

I'm now thinking of changing ISP as 2 doors away from on another provider pays less gets more for her money and it's nearly 7000 + speed

Re: From retail migration team bb

This is strange the upload speed keeps going up but the rest just stays the same.

Re: From retail migration team bb

with your attenuation of 49.5 your down speed is what you would expect - http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/max_speed_calc.php

your noise margin is quite low at 3.3 but hopefully will maintain connection even when it erodes during the evening
