I have same issue and got stonewalled by Google. Apparently BT do a business hub and this has the ability to be bridges. Can buy on Ebay but I am going to contact BT first and see if I can get them to help. Will report back
Not entirely sure what you expect BT to do, they have supplied you with the correct equipment for the service you have. They will not supply a business product to a residential customer.
Just looking for some assistance. So I can upgrade to a business account to get the Business Hub. Was a few quid a month more. Or they will supply one for £100. I decided to buy one off Amazon as it was £50. Hopefully problem solved!
