Re: Help

Hi Neil. Thanks for getting back to me. We have just moved house, contacted bt but they couldn't find a previous broadband line at the new address and said they would get their service engineer to investigate. They left a message for me to give them a call but as you can see in my previous email I am struggling to get through to anyone who can help resolve the problem. I have been with bt for more than 30 years and this is now trying my patience.

Help

Hi does anyone know how I can email bt for help. I have tried calling their 0800 number but after being queued twice, past from one dept to the other and wasted an hour and a half before being sent back to the original queue, I am now running out of patience and ready to jack bt in. Can anyone help please.

Re: Help

There is no email address you just need to phone

you can post your problem on the forum without personal information and forum members may be able to help you

Re: Help

Hi @Squirrel11welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry your problem wasn't resolved when you called. If you can let us know what's wrong we may be able to assist or point you in the right direction.

If you do want to raise a complaint without calling you can do this on bt.com complaints via this link.

Re: Help

Hi @Squirrel11, thanks for getting back to me. I'm really sorry about the difficulties you've had getting through, do you know if its fibre to the cabinet or full-fibre broadband that has been ordered?
