Hi, apologies if I am wrong to contact. I am not a techie but getting very frustrated. I have a smart tv and bt wireless broadband. Every time I use netflix on the smart tv the internet connection is broken, approximately every 10 minutes. I do not know how to check my broadband speed. Any ideas?? Dave

Run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test. http://speedtest.btwholesale.com
