I reported a TV fault last Friday - still awaiting a callback. Have chased twice and just told they will call back.

Tried them thanks - they said I would definately get a call on Friday.

 

Friday passed - eventually got the call on Saturday afternoon - eight days after raising.

Hello You need to ring 151 I think to chase a fault.  However, if they have not got back to you by now you need to complain but the complaints department is apparently not open at the moment.  They are basically rubbish.
