I have replaced my BT home hub with a TP Link Archer VR200 VDSL2 Modem Router but it will not connect. I have follwed the basic set up. The modem user page, shows it as connected , but i do not have any internet . I think it is an authentication issue, and tried using the passwords,"  BT "  and " password ", as mentioned on previous forums. But still no success. Any suggestions.

Have you used the username bthomehub@btbroadband.com

if you are using the username bthomehub@btbroadband.com
and the password if needed BT you should have no problems connecting BT use your phone number to authenticate

Thank you. That has solved the problem. I used bthomehub@btbroadband.com as the username and " password " as the password, and it solved the problem.
