I haven't received the internet channels / BT Sport on my BT tv since I signed up to BT. I only signed up for the Sport
I get the error message BT Sport error IPC 6023
I've had an engineer round x 3
BT have sent me x 3 extenders
I've hard wired the hub to the BT TV box
I've spent over 24 hours online and on hold to telephone support
Today, after holding for another 45 mins today, I learnt that it is because I have fttp and not fttc - before I got cut off.
Apparently, I need BT to send an Openreach engineer round. It seems easier to find the Holy Grail.
I've been waiting over 9 months for BT to sort this out.
