Hi there any admin , 2 problems , I have cinema and entertainment but I can't get amc just says can't be offered it right now, which is wrong as I should receive it, the other thing is when I log into mybt and try to upgrade it no longer offers me tje packages I.E the vip package all it offers me is add ons . Any help on these would be appreciated. Also I've tried resetting router and box ect and a factory reset . Still never worked.
