Well guess what, BT has just reapplied the erroneous default to my credit score. THIS IS A DISGRACE! I have had to make countless calls to BT to sort this out. You need to arrange for this to be sorted immediately!

Should add that this is now the third time that BT has applied the same default despite being told to remove it twice before. WHAT IS GOING ON!?
