Do you have an Openreach modem and what Homehub are you using?
Have you tried a factory reset of the homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds?
Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results
and use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down.
Im on a hh5, these are my test results, only getting 14.99 with a max obtainable of 70.99. hope you can help.
My eyes aren't what the used to be. I can't read most of te stats that you have posted. Can you repost the screen prints. If you use the Windows snipping tool and save it then post them it usually makes them a lot clearer.
My Infinity2 as dropped from 40mb during the Day hours 6mb after 7pm tonight.
