We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Thanks for replying.
I appreciate that it is a considerable speed drop but the speed is currently within parameters for your line. I'll be happy to take a quick look over your connection from my side just to be sure.

Well, I will now bow out after getting nowhere with my 40 % drop with Infinity 2 download speeds. Very unhappy BT customer.
Is the modem plugged into the SSFP Infinity master socket like this?
Well Guy's, After getting in touch with India for the 15th time I am now told there is a cap on my line, and my speed should increase to what it was when the cap comes off. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this as it's so unbelievable.
Here I am on Infinity 2 unlimited, paying £27 a month, not a large downloader, and I'm caped. You could not make it up.
Who on earth can you trust out there, Really p****d off with BT and India.
